Achieving and Maintaining Individual Excellencer who gives some direction and have tasks that are assigned for collecting data .There maybe some differences that have to be sorted out and perhaps some sub grouping, but by keeping a set of rules and keeping it simple as to avoid any problems and controversy .Even if there is conflict if it is simple can be resolved efficiently.

The key here is to assign tasks and get them done efficiently as possible to avoid any issues and conflicts this can be accomplished if everyone becomes well orientated and works together defining tasks ,how to get it done and grow as a team to accomplish that goal.

In Storming this is where the group begins to get ideas for the task defining and organizing getting into a group process. Coming up with ideas .Within the group ideas are tossed back and forth and sometimes so is conflict this is where organizing and setting some ground rules to put the effort into motion has to be set.

In the Norming stage the interpersonalizations of a group are characterized by cohesion.

In this process members contribute ideas and try to solve tasks .Leadership comes forward and so called little clicks dissolve as members present their facts and ask questions to one another. If there is great trust then that cohesion develops, and feelings are shared to move in to solving the tasks, as there becomes great sense of accomplishments. You have to be careful though any loss of this cohesion and drive may lead to thoughts of a breakup of the group, and this was the thought s that started to become more prevalent with the forgotten member .Mike that had presented his issues and made things chaotic for the group to move forward.

In the Performing stage, if the group is not meeting and meeting the tasks and expectations and communication is broken down then the performance and result, so it is important stage and I think in our case study this is where things sort to really break down between the group. The task function here is problem solving and overall goal is to solve problems and solutions.

Lastly is the adjourning stage where the task is completed or terminated and the group becomes disengaged. From this point it is a conclusion which may include some recognition for group participation. In this process can cause some crises as to disengaging of the group and termination.

The key problems that I see Christine facing are conflict issues down the road at first they are going through that phase of forming where everyone is getting to know one another and finding the roles and tasks selecting the leader which is Christine then assigning those task and organization of who collects what data Christine was elected the Team Coordinator. And as she remembered telling the group that they should meet before the class at a certain time to discuss the day's case. Mike had balked and said he could barely make it to class
