The article is in humors tone and talk about fast progress in telephone usage. The author compare phone's knowledge about it owner to mother's knowledge about her child and state that phone knows more about user.

At the beginning of the article author presents the results of Mary Meeker/Morgan Stanley study which says that by 2015 more people will access the internet by phone than the regular computer. Only this holiday season 50% of smartphone's users will use internet and a year from now it will grow even to 90%. The results show that this is the fastest growing and very pervasively integrated medium in these days. To support this statement author explains the change in using phones. A few years ago we used phones to check weather; today we use phones to pay our bills. Also he predicts that very soon we will leave our house with only three things: wallet, keys and phone, after that we will need only phone which will replace our keys, wallet and even be able to check in at venues to verify our identity.

Today phones track our personal use of data which will allow opening a new channel for personalize digital content. Our phones know where we are, with whom, what we are saying, in some cases, with visual evidences. Tomorrow the phones will know even more - they will learn about our mobile behavior, feeding experience and lifestyle choices. IPhone 4S is given as an example of new unbelievable functions like no-type voice commands which let us change appointments or find the way to any restaurant, plus direction to this place.
