I think Transaction Processing System (TPS) is the most valuable to an organization because this level have more work to do and responsible in daily operation. They always record the daily routine transactions that take place in everyday operations. TPS collect and combine the data in various ways to help company become more systematic and successful. Transaction Processing System (TPS) is the best when it can provide useful information for those who need it when it needed.

ii. Discuss the benefits and challenges of enterprise systems and explain why a firm would want to build one.

A firm would want to build the Enterprise System because it can help all the employee or staff from all departments communicates with each other. They can distribute information and share with everyone in the building. The advantage of this system to the organization is it can support the organization structure and can create more discipline organization structured compared to the typical arrangement of information system but people hardly to understand and learn the new system especially old timer staff. Manager also find it difficult to gather data because this system is build with many different kind of information that supports different functions, organizational level, and business process, that's challenges of the enterprise system. Another challenge is hard to manage the demanded user of this system.

iii. Discuss the tools and technologies for collaboration and social business that are available and how they provide value to an organization.

The tools and technologies for collaboration and social business those are available is Email and instant messaging which is the most tools for collaborating because it's sending document, file, schedule and so on. Another example is e-business and e- government which is its help government and citizens communicate and build a relationship. It can build a strong relationship between all staff in all departments or through citizen
