a. Was the Woody 2000 project well conceived? Give reasons for your opinion.
The woody 2000 project was not well convinced. There was no evaluation or analysis or not the boom in exapnion would continuue for any extend period of time or no review of wheather or not the possible airport expansion would ever take place.

b. What were Woody's real objectives that could and should have been articulated?
The real objective was to achieve production efficency and be able to meet the current increase in demand. They were looking to increase effeciencies and the best place to begun by looking possible ways that could increased and improved their current production by making improvements.

What strategies were there for achieving these objectives? What would you recommend?
There were no really strategies for any of the objectives. They set an arbitrary timeline and budget without getting any consideration, problems, or any approval assess foe change.
Once they had decided on how big of an improvement they were undertaking they needed to go through a bidding process to get the best people for the job and that could meet the necessary timeline

Why do you suppose renovation of the President and Executive Vice President's offices were included in the project and was that a good idea?
The idea of including the top executives' offices in the renovation process theoretical appears to be a good idea because you can complete two major construction projects at the same time. The key goal being that the total project would be completed within the given timeframe with minimum production loss. It also could have provided an incentives to the top executives to keeping the business at its current location and only expanding as oppose to moving the entire operation.
