Ms. Carla Cheney
Dear Ms. Cheney:
I am writing on behalf of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to inform officially that you were terminated. I’m grateful for your worked and support our company. However, consulting together, we consider that your approach and behavior does not comply this company's purpose and requirements for this position.
As you might think that you’re being helpful, but your intentions is very inappropriate. All Wal-Mart employees adhere to a strict code of practice. The most important one is that you should maintain the elegant and polite attitudes. Don’t put private sentiments into the working. Leaving a dog in a vehicle in hot weather is never acceptable. At same way being rude to costumers is never acceptable either. For a company, latter is more erroneous than the former.
Reputation of a company is essential. Your reckless behaviors lead to the loss of Wal-Mart’s customer service and reputation. Consciously safeguard the company's image and do not cause adverse comments on the company is the responsibilities for employee. You have done is beyond the scope of your abilities and responsibilities.
In addition, any and security-related matters should report to management. You better approach is to notice manager and security staff, and then they would have made an announcement over the store communication system. They will communicate with customers, in order to better resolve this situation. Identify your own terms of reference, manage your own work is what you need to do.
We greatly regret that we have to make such a decision in this case. Thank you for you time to read this letter.
Best Regards,
Xueyi Yin
