Vision of the Future

Abstract

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 New International Version) We all have personal philosophy, values, mission and business ethics. We have to decide on what we plan as a person if we will do the right or wrong thing in each walk of life. I have based my life on the word of God and the Holy Bible. I have not always pleased God, but God never gave up on me.

I believe the next chapter of my life will be the best chapter. I have come to an understanding about life. Life should be lived to the fullest. We should never allow life to control us. I plan to make major changes in order to get different results. I have learned to focus on achieving positive moves in my life and learning from the negative events that occurred.

I am going to summarize the transitions I will be making as I achieve my degree and where I will be in five years. I will briefly cover my mission statement and values I have learned in my life journey. I have learned each of these areas must be in order so that we may live our life to the fullest with meaning.

Vision of the Future

The transitions I will be making as I achieve my degree and where will I be in five years. I plan to complete my MBA with the Specialization of Human Resources Management degree with Ashford University. I will continue to work as a Library Assistant with Talladega College. I will also work my personalized party favor business, Divine Creations By C. Once I've completed my MBA, I desire to obtain a Recruiting position with Talladega College. By obtaining this position I will be able to help our youth to see the importance of higher education. I am striving for success in my home base business and my recruiting position.

My mission in life is to be the person that being positive change and to inspire others to always reach for greatness. I will always seek God constantly and share his love with others. I will stay focused on the future and stop being a victim of the past. I will continue to seek new knowledge for my mind and as I learn I will teach others. I will seek understanding and closeness with my family, friends and colleagues. I will continue to be creative. I will remain honest, giving, kind, understanding and humble. I desire to become the best and help others to do their best. I am always the person that made a difference in the world.

I have learned how to make sure to place the most important events and matters first, allowing the smaller less important items to fit in where they can. I have been able to find a deeper side of my self and look at life. I also built my mission statement and working on aligning my life with quality things
