Vegetarian Issue

The issue that people should live as a vegetarian remains controversial. On the one hand, eating as a vegetarian may lead to the fact that people lack trace minerals and make them weak. On the other hand, living as a vegetarian is the new experiences and it can bring surprising things to people. In the final analysis, I am convinced that living as a vegetarian is better than eating food including meat because people will never mind about killing animals for meat, save a lot of money, time and have good health.
Firstly, living as a vegetarian makes people feel tranquil. Eating meat means people have to kill animals for their meat and killing animals is a bad thing. According to Buddhism, eating meatless not only increases people's mercifulness but also prevents the environment from being polluted. Buddha considered that animals have rights to live as human-being because they have the same life value. Only by eating meatless can people do a lot of good things, so choosing to eat as a vegetarian is not a wrong decision.
More importantly, a lot of money will be saved if people eat meatless foods. The price of meat such as pork, beef or chicken meat is quite high. Therefore, instead of buying them, with that budget, people can prepare a meatless meal as delicious and nutritious as the meal including meat. Moreover, people cannot be sure about the quality of meat because there are too much chemicals in the meat which are not good for people's health. Money is not the most important thing, but it should be worth of food's value. So eating vegetables is safer.
Most importantly, eating as a vegetarian is the best way to have a good health. People's bodies will be better and fitter. Furthermore, it can help people to decrease the amount of glucose in blood so that people can be prevented from many diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart attack, etc. Health is crucial, keeping it is more crucial and eating as a vegetarian is the best way to obtain a good health.
Many people suppose that eating as vegetarian for a long time will make people seriously lack of trace minerals. This idea has some merit on the surface. However, the fact that people know how to change or vary food will decrease maximum risk of nutrient deficiencies. One thing people should know that vegetarians can be as healthy as eating meat people.
In conclusion, eating as vegetarian is the better way to stay healthily. Although some people do not agree just because of its small disadvantages, eating meatless will be popular in near future and become the modern way to live. People will find out themselves how to live better.
