Uniforms No More

The dress code at Fairfield High Preparatory School is too strict and the uniform is not necessary. I have three things to back me up on this. Money could be saved, people would feel more comfortable without it, and students would be more willing to come to school. Now let me elaborate more on this subject.

Money could be saved. Parents have to start off each school year by buying new uniforms for there kids plus the kids casual clothes. By not having uniform in the dress code parents could do shopping for two school years at one time. Parents would not have so much trouble trying to find specific clothes also. Money for uniforms could really take a toll on some parents.

Students would feel comfortable without uniforms. Without those uniforms students would be way more comfortable at. The feeling of you knowing that you are different from everyone else is a great feeling. Majority of the students hate the colors we are forced to wear and the manufacturers sometimes don't make the uniforms so comforting. This would be a good way for students to express themselves.

Students would be more willing to come to school. Students wouldn't be waking up dreading there awful uniforms every morning. I would wake up with haste looking forward to put something on that shows who I am. I think this would make students be on time because if they are having trouble finding something to wear they could just throw on sweats. I would be on time and always ready for school.

My opinion still stands that uniforms are unnecessary and strict. Money could be saved on buying uniforms. Students would feel much more comfortable. Students would be much more willing to attend school. Please rid schools of these dreadful uniforms. Get rid of the uniforms and make the school process much better.
