Executive Summary

R2T was formed to provide adventure sport/travel packages with upscale accommodations, gourmet food for corporates, individuals, clubs and institutions. R2T hard adventures include kayaking, white-water rafting, and mountain biking. The founders of R2T are Rahul Singh (MBA), Saurabh Soni (MBA), and Nithesh Agarwal (MBA). In addition to their MBA status, they are passionate about the activities and R2T; R2T also specialize in weekend tourism also laying stone for team building through holiday tours.

R2T's Value System: RRT's value system is based upon five pillars of School of Inspired Leadership and they pride on them. The pillars are

An opportunity exists for two reasons:

Tourism is a growing industry (6.4% annually), and within the industry adventure travel is growing at 10% and also there is huge potential of Corporate Tours and Training. There are few providers of Corporate Tours with customized menu travel to clients.

The company's target customers are high/middle income (min. 2500 for single person). The major purchasers are located in urban areas. In addition, more niche markets are evolving. Initially, it will be difficult to compete with experienced providers. However, CBC's target market is an exploitable niche and our service is differentiated. CBC's target market members will have similar activity interests, good disposable income and less sensitivity to price.

CBC's will price its services competitively. We will provide service with prestige value. We are competitively priced in the luxury market. Gross profit is also high in this field

Mission: To be the best service provider in our segment, to cater to the needs of customers, enriching their learning experience and also their holiday experience in the best possible way

Vision: To expand the business into CSR Consulting and CSR Based Team outings and bringing an paradigm shift in the way corporate tours are organized and start certifying companies based on their CSR Quotient(CQ)

Objective: To provide quality services to its customers and arrange adventure trips for corporates, clubs, families and outdoor team building activities for corporate teams

Market Analysis: This is Oligopoly market and this business is in Maturity stage with immense potential. The current market in travel and tourism industry follows Kinked demand curve model where the pricing is very much dependent on the behaviour of the competitor. If the price is reduced by one of the player in the industry then other players follow it but if the first player increases the price no one follows him and the first one may lose the market share.
