The aim of any profit organization is always to get profit. This profit can be tangible and intangible. This can be achieved by increasing sales volume and achieving the maximum quality level of the work performance. Achieving high quality of the work performance began with recruiting and keeping professional and qualified staff within the organization.
Human Resource Management is concerned with all activities that related to workforce needs within the organization, such as "attracting and retaining qualifies employees, ensuring that the organization operates within legal requirements, and maintaining a workforce that serves the organization's needs". (Bogardus, 2004).
As people these days considered as one of the most valuable assets of any organization it is important to employ a skilled and appropriate staff to work within it. In fact, there are many careers where employers get difficulties to find skilled staff, where the demand for such types of labour is high. Also the workers use to change easily to another employer. Therefore, this has force to create a stable and well-motivated workforce, using the concepts of motivation and job satisfaction (Fincham 1999).
Motivation is an internal status that initiates or drives some kind of human behaviour (Levant cited in Stewart, 1998). Moreover, it can be identified as "the psychological activity that cause arousal, direction, and persistence of voluntary actions that are goal directed". (Mitchell, 1982)
In fact, the objective of this study is to prove that motivation has a great role on the quality of the staff s' work performance. Therefore, this study is going to cover the following points:
