"Tip Top Markets" (pages 415-416) This case involves an analysis of quality and quality control solutions using various quality tools. The case analysis should be treated as a problem presented by a company's top management to your team's analysis and decision recommendations. Hence, it should demonstrate the qualities of thorough and relevant research, logically sound analysis, and focused professional writing.

The document should be written using MSWORD 2007 compatible word processor software and include as a minium the below:

* Executive Summary: This should be prepared as though it was being delivered to a high level executive and have a professional "look." Outline the case, the case problem(s) and the recommendations. The executive summary should be concise (approximately one page).

* Analysis: Discuss each problem for each recommendation. The analysis should demonstrate knowledge of the topic and the quality of the research. The analysis should demonstrate critical thinking skills, which may involve presenting multiple solutions to the problem, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each alternative solution, and then recommending the strongest alternative. The analysis should demonstrate the application of course material.

* Attachments: Attach any relevant data and calculations that were used in the analysis.
