Martinez Medical Supplies Company was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide the best quality to physicians and hospitals by providing unique services. MMS company provider of medical supplies, market through its commitment to fast service and the belief that "The customer is everything."
The team of sales consultants, customer services, delivery professional, and accounts receivable representative are dedicated to receiving physicians the medical products they need faster than anyone else can. Our commitment is to process and deliver any order with next day service and same day emergency service.
Martinez Medical Supplies Goals:
The Martinez Medical Supplies company goal is to train the team of six (6) employees on the Accounts Receivable Department in a period of three (3) weeks, on the new version of Microsoft Office Program 2010. Including the following:
1. Microsoft Word
2. Microsoft Excel
3. Microsoft PowerPoint, and
4. Microsoft Outlook

PURPOSE OF REQUEST.
Martinez Medical Supplies are requesting proposals for the purpose of training the Account Receivable Department on the new version of Microsoft Office Program 2010.
TIME SCHEDULE.
All proposals are required to be submitted by December 01, 2010 no later than 5:00p.m.
QUALIFICATION.
I. IT professionals with premium training and certification prep.
II. Instructors average over five (5) years of experience or more.
III. Customized training content.
IV. Company must have a Standard Non Disclosure Agreement signed with Microsoft Office Program.
