I. Introduction

A. Hook

Through the news there have been many different theories about health care and how things should be ran and how it should work. There are many different theories such as the functionalism, conflict, and interactionism that have had an impact on the topic of health care over the years and how different views and theories can affect change within the institution but also the views of people around the institution.

B. Thesis

1. I argue that health care is one of those social institutions that have been a big debate and issue for many years now, and it seems for many years to come. There are many views and theories that affect health care institutions as well as the change that occurs within the institution.

II. Body

A. First Paragraph- There is many sociological theories out there and tends to have some similarities but also some differences.

1. How does each theory (Functionalism, Conflict, and Interactionism) apply to health care

2. What are some of the Similarities between each Theory on health care

3. What are some of the major differences between the theories on health care

Transition: now that we have talked about the theories differences and similarities about

Health care let's talk about how these theories affect the views of the people that

are part of institution at hand.

B. Second Paragraph- The sociological theories tend to affect many people in a certain way but they really tend to affect the individuals of the health care institution.

1. The Functionalism view and how it affects the individuals of the health care institution.

2. The Conflict view and how it affects the individuals of the health care institution.

3. The Interactionism view and how it affects the individuals of the health care institution.

Transition: so after talking about how the theories apply to the heath care institution and also

why these theories tend to affect the individuals in the institution let's talk about

how they also affect the social change that happens within the health care

institution.

C. Third Paragraph- we all know that certain theories and views tend to affect the changes that occur in society especially in social institutions
