The idea
Being a house owner Building up a family house based on the following requirements:
- Owning land where to build-up the house
- Choosing the right construction partner who is able to support not only during the construction phase but also in terms of a lot of relevant policies
- Choosing the 'right' prefabricated house (this should be simplify the building-up process as 1 part of the comprehensive project)
- In order to meet sustainable energy policy standards a roof usable for solar energy should be constructed
- After no more than 25 years the financial benefit to own property shall have positive affect

Deliverable: saving time and cost if no construction of solar energy roof reducing quality
Whenever we adjusted the plan we had to consider requirements out of options, for instance certain state policies.
How can the project be classified?
According the classification structure given in the script, I would go to name it a 'hard project' due to the fact that the final
