E - Anh is using the shoes to describe the economic divide between refugee’s and middle class Australians, the Reebok Pumps, Air Jordans and Nike shoes are representing the middle class Australians where as the Kind Lion shoes are representing the refugee’s. The difference between the two shoes/people aren’t that different, just the fact that they have different brand names on them like refugee and middle class.
