Which stakeholders will you invite to your brainstorming session? Why?
The stakeholders that I would invite to this brainstorming session are:
* Project managers
* Company account
* Stockholder
* Company managers
* Employees-depending on what the project is for.
I would invite these people because each member could take a part of the brain storming season.
What questions you will ask them? Why are these questions important?
Some of the questions I would ask and why are:
* What does the Business want to achieve?
o This question is important because this is where we can talk about trying to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
* What do you want the Project to achieve?
o This question is important because this is where we can state we want order to delivery or even automatic ordering taking.

* What Objectives would you like to achieve for this project?
o This question is important because this is where we set all direction to the project.
* What business opportunities should we take advantage of?
o This question is important because it allows the company to see what other opportunities could take advantage.
* Are there any businesses problems already that you would like to resolve?
o This question is important because it allows the company a chance to see what problems there are and allows a chance to fix them.
* Can we see any problems that might arise during this project?
o This question is important because we want to try to stay a step ahead. This way we are more aware of what could happen.
