The Big 5
Scale O: 27
Scale C: 31
Scale E: 28
Scale A: 29
Scale N: 27
In my Big 5 Personality Test, I scored the highest in the conscientious and agreeable categories. I think both of these describe me well because I have always been organized, responsible, and reliable. I try my best to always be considerate and respectful of others. I am especially organized at work and school, though I tend to keep my car and my house a little disorganized at times. I am an extroverted and outgoing person, I use to be shy until I started working with the public. With my job, I have to be outgoing and able to socialize well with people I hardly know. Engagement with customers (which is not only saying hi, but having a conversation) is something that Kroger pushes all employees to do. I would not describe myself as wildly adventurous, but I am open to new experiences, though I approach them cautiously. At work, I don't like change very much when things are running smoothly. At work I would describe myself as high strung, mainly because I am in a position that I haven't been doing for very long, and I find it to be stressful at times, especially in addition to being a full time student. Having a stressful day at work and then coming home to do homework all evening puts me on edge at times.
I think my scores reflect being well balanced and I believe that I would make a good leader, though I have room for improvement. I could manage my stress levels better at work and with school. Being organized, responsible, people oriented, good natured, and creative are traits that I possess that would contribute to being a good leader.
