Objective

Maintenance of trucks,

warehouse, branch

locations, cold rooms.

Management of Drivers

& delivery helpers.

Accountabilities:

1. Ensure truck availability for delivery and sales by way of preventive maintenance schedules, manage proper allocation of trucks as per requirement of businesses.

2. Maintain warehouses of all FT locations across Oman; keep track of expenses branch wise.

3. Monitor expenses to budget and ensure costs are in tune with budgeted numbers for each line of activity.

4. Respond swiftly for break down calls, attend to them professionally; ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

5. Appoint drivers and helpers after proper screening to effectively serve in the company either as delivery driver or sales driver.

6. Maintain list of drivers, delivery helpers; monitor and document performance of each driver, helper. Appraise driver & helper productivity on monthly basis and submit MIS.

7. Monitor and evaluate driver performance and be responsible for driver discipline both at customer end and at warehouse.
