Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
We should all do our part of all assignments and have them turned in by Sunday or sooner.tb
The general expectations for this team are to log in every day and at least check-in with the team to ensure communication between one another. We want to value and respect different opinions and make sure we all participate in our group assignments. We expect if any information is unclear we can ask each other for help. With following this basic guideline we can achieve success together as a team.
Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)
Communication is key for all assignments if someone needs assistance and we since it use the phone numbers and email to contact them.tb
Expectations for time management and involvement for our team are to check-in every day; let everyone know what is going on even if we can't stay online and work. Every team member should have at least 1 hour a day and 15 hours total a week dedicated to this class; half of that time should be dedicated to the team. Familiarize yourself with what needs to be done as a team on that particular day and ask questions whenever there is confusion with an assignment.
Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
We should not wait to the last minute to contact someone who has not contributed and give enough time but with limitations on due dates for projects.tb
Everyone has to remember that we all will be graded as a team with what is done by the team. The strategies our team will do in order to achieve contribution and collaboration appropriately are by acknowledging what each member has done so far, and communicating what our concerns may be, or give further insight to answers to engage in constructive discussions. Every team member needs direction and assignments to complete, if they are finishing their work on time with quality then the team will tell them good job. If they are late with assignments and their work is not up to an approved team standards, then the team will tell them what they need to fix to improve their work.
