In this day and age, men and women have an equal right to get money from their work, also scientific management is common way to get an efficiency in industries in most countries including Vietnam. This essay will determine the ideas about Taylorism and divide into particular parts such as maximum fragmentation of work, separating unskilled workers and skilled workers and the last thing is a minimization of skill requirements. Besides that, it will also show some application in terms of Scientific Management (Taylorism) in Vietnam.

Understanding of Theory

Why is the theory of Taylorism is much popular in contemporary life? There are many reasons and also explanations about the principles of Taylorism. It can be said that Taylorism's theory divide the work into many small parts required less skills for the workers to get the highest output in the manufacturing or factories. Moreover, Henri Ford is the person tried to adjusted his car factories to scientific management then Ford developed a new principle based on Taylor's theory that results in mass production by using assembly works that called Fordism. The next paragraph is going to give the reader definitions about 3 principles above and try to emphasize some strengths and weaknesses.
