Every organization is, by definition, an aggregation of human endeavor. To study Psychology is to understand the interactions of those human beings and develop ways of optimizing organizational performance. Through the course of my Bachelor of Arts degree and a variety of extra-curricular experiences, my early fascination with the impact of organizational behavior on the destiny of a company has been transformed into a passion for developing the analytical skills, management tools and human resources practices that will lay the foundation for a career in this exciting arena. To further this interest, I recently undertook a research project on "Leadership Styles Adopted by Companies in the Indian Context" which provided me a better understanding of the role of cultural diversity on organizations and it has strengthened my interest in pursuing a career with greater exposure to cross cultural management.
Beyond the theoretical knowledge of the subject, I have tried to gain practical real world experience and skills through internships and various leadership positions in student organizations. AIESEC is one of the largest student run organizations in the world. As the Vice
