Stress is emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world; it is surrounding us every single day, anytime and is invisible. We experience stress on daily basis, and many of the stressors are the same for everyone. Some of people are, by nature or habit, more susceptible to stress, or more likely to be stressed by something that would more easily roll off other people's back. There are so many stressors but the most common are, job and workplace, personal relationships, daily hassles / being too busy, teen stress and financial problem.
Personal relationships include friendships, parents, relatives and all different kinds of links between you and your concerns. Family is also a leading cause of stress.
