Strategy for Seeking GOD's Face

Praise & Worship

* Praise God first thing in the morning (Psalm 63:1) Tell Him who he is to you and give thanks. Bless His name (Psalm 103:1)

* Sing songs to the Lord (Psalm 100:2; 33:3; 96:1).

* Play praise and worship songs to sing along with.

* As a sign of total worship and surrender, lie prostrate on the floor (Romans 12:1).

Pray

* Pray three times a day (Psalm 55:17).

* Find a secret place to pray when you pray alone (Psalm 91:1).

* You should pray every time you think about prayer. You can do quick prayers when God places someone on your mind (1 Thess 5:17).

* Pray for God's will. Pray for the Kingdom and for Righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

* Pray for understanding before reading the scripture (James 1:5).

Read Scripture

* Meditate on God's word day and night (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 119:15).

* Don't just read the word, study it and compare scriptures (2 Tim 2:15)

* Read the scripture aloud (Romans 10:17)

Memorize Scripture

* Create a goal. Set a date that you want to have certain scriptures memorized and memorize them.

* Rehearse the scriptures over and over (Psalm 119:11).

* Record yourself saying the scripture and listen to it repeatedly.
