The research article is about IBM's strategy to make its newer product Netvista successful was linked with branding of Think product line. After its research and feedback from the market it could conclude that their Think branding could help their products to be successful. So their Strategy to sell with their Think Brand helped them. It was very easy to understand as to how IBM has gone through market research and feedbacks to finally coming out with a solution. Overall it's very easy to understand from the article that the power of branding is one the main strategies that company uses to get the customers to stick to their products.

Every organization which is product based has to come up with efficient strategies to effectively sell its products ahead of its competitors. A complete research of the market and the current selling products of other brands has to be determined by the company to get a better idea about the current needs of the customers which would help them to design them accordingly and make strategies of making promotions in media and make the product popular among the customers. Every company has a different strategy so for having the best out of others, the organization has to have a team of effective leaders and thinkers to make the product sustainable in the market for a longer period.

Just a brand name is enough to make a product sell more than a product having more features and it can be seen that the companies try to sell their products with their previously successful brand name to be on a safer side of the market and competition from other brands. It can be even said that having a lot of brand names can also cause problems. Having a single brandname and selling under that also helps the customers to relate to the brand. I can infer that a good and effective strategy for a large organization would be to continue on a single brand than having multiple brands.
