We now live in a world where new technology is taking over. The internet being one of the biggest and most used forms of new technology. The internet allows us to do so many different things right from our computers, such as going to school, setting appointments, talking to friends and family, and my favorite shopping. Internet shopping is used by millions of people all over the world.
What could be better than the ability to shop for anything and everything without ever leaving your house? I love the fact that I am able to surf the internet for things to buy. I don't have to worry about using gas. Which saves me money, because I am able to do it from home? I don't have to go through the craziness of dragging three kids with me through the mall. I don't have to worry about driving from store to store searching for what I want to buy. I have so many different options to choose from when shopping on the internet.
There are just about any brand names or makes available. So many different colors and styles. I have hundreds of websites to look through. Shopping on the internet is a lot more relaxing because you don't have to worry about the hassle of the stores being so busy and having to wait in line for a long time to pay for your items. I think the chances of finding what you are looking for are higher when you shop online. You don't have to worry about them not having your size.
Although there are so many good things about shopping online, the good old fashioned traditional way of shopping has its perks also. I know in my case clothes shopping can be exhausting because I have to try on so many different things before I find something that fits me right. For me the sizes vary depending on the brand of clothing or the make of shoes. When shopping online you're not able to try things on before you buy them. Not to mention you have to wait at least two or three days before you receive your items. But once they arrive they are too small, to big, or just don't look right on you. Then you have to go through the aggravation of having to return the items. Which cost more because you have to pay for postage and shipping fees? Then you have to wait even longer to have your money refunded back to you, and in the end you are right where you started from without the item you originally set out to buy.
Shopping on the internet comes with its up and downs. Then there are those that prefer one over the other. I like using the internet when shopping for things other than clothing. But when it comes to shopping for clothes I would rather go to the store. So I can make sure the clothing fits and looks good on me. But it is really convenient shopping online. At the same time it is also aggravating in my opinion.
