Sendayu Tinggi was founded on 1999. From beginning the founder test her product on herself to gain trust from the customer. After that, from her testimony the customers start to believe and start to consume Sendayu Tinggi’s product. Sendayu Tinggi product consist of herbal supplement, nutritious beverages, skincare and cosmetics product and slimming produc which ingredient based herbal.

There a lot of new product Sendayu Tinggi introduced. We choose Brightening Series which consist of Super Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Anti Ageing Moisturiser, Whitening & Moisturizer Cleanser. Brightening series is product for who has a skin problem and keep moisture of skin. The function of super hyaluronic acid serum is helps moisturize skin, making skin firmer and glow, and overcome and help to prevent the formation of wrinkles. Anti ageing moisturizer help to increase elasticity and firmness of skin, and also hydrate and “menyekatakan” skin thoroughly. Whitening & moisturizer cleanser also helps  cleaning thoroughly, helping to prevent the pigmentation. It also help to rid all the impurities of pollution while perpetuating the hydrolipidic film. Every product has their own weakness and strength. The weakness of brightening series is market research data may be out of date. The product still new in market so customer find it difficult to try due not so many customer who used this product. The customer only hope testimony on internet. Beside that, cost to conduct researcher and development (R&D) is higher, so that the company cannot afford to paid because this product need to improve from time to time. The strength is there a lot of customer loyal to the brand, so they consume this product. From this point it show company build a strong customer relationship and communication with customer. Sendayu Tinggi has a excellent sale staff with strong knowledge of new products that lead to successful marketing stratergies. Sendayu Tinggi also has a strong geographical location with high traffic input and business reputation of being innovative is known well to public.

the treat of product is a lot of competitors in the market with similar product not as reliable or are more expensive. There a  lot of loyal customers  who loyal to the brand or that they don’t want to change the product they consume because they afraid the product Is not effective.  The competitors have launched a new advertising campaign similar the product. The opportunities of product is Sendayu Tinggi always constantly reviewing their market and services to see how they can increase market share. Recent years, the technological change enabled sendayu Tinggi to achieved rapid growth using outsourcing and off-shoring.

The recent trend is the more effective a product claim to be, the more dollar signs are involved. Serum are most of spendy, since the time by time it proved to be  most of important prt of daily rountine of customers as they oft pack the most active ingredient and go on first, allowing them to soak in and do the most good.
