The basis of the segment is benefits sought. Different people has different requirements about service received when flying. For government and international organization, it can be anyone who works for government and international organization, they think highly of service so they will choose the best service. For business, it can be anyone who invests business on their own, they would like to choose middle and upper level which depends on how much the company can afford. For vocation, the largest size segment, travelers will enjoy the middle level of service because what they care most is substantial benefit. For urgency, it can be anyone who has unexpected and urgent needs for time-saving and speed, they only need basic service.
