School

School would be better if we started school at 9:00 A.M. waking up in the morning is very tough on students who go to bed every night at 12:00 or later. Shortening the school days, students wouldn't be as stressed about going to school and their grades would be higher. Fewer school hours per day would help students to study, complete school assignments, participate in after-school activities and be able to get to bed by an hour early. The school day is eight hours long. Most students attended after-school activities. By the time we are finished with the school day and school activities, there isn't much time for students to finish they school work or study for test or exams. Long school hours put much pressure on students. We may tend to slack off in our school work just because the school day is too long, classes are too long to and most students don't get enough sleep at home. A shorter day would leave more time for us to enjoy our lives and not have to rush through activities or assignments. We would be able to do everything at a slower and calmer pace rather than rushing. By cutting time out of the school day. A shorter school day can only be seen as a positive change. Students, teachers and administrators would benefit from this change. Teachers would be able to have some free time and be able to educate students. The students would gain more time for fun while also having time to gain an excellent education.
