Result of Omega-3 DHA and EPA

Omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), are a frequently practice of preventing a treating disease by providing the body with most favorable amounts of substances which are natural to the body (1). In short term, the essential nutrients t increase quality of life and lower the possibility of early death. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the result of omega-3.
