We would like to decide to choose option (1) we want to avoid religious discrimination; otherwise, another crusade war will happen. The manager, Frank Piechowski should let the Muslim workers to continue the current policy and when they leave the assembly line to perform their sunset ritual. We understand valuing diversity that all workers are given equal opportunities in their work place. Here, we want to apply ethno relativism work groups and different cultures are inherently equal. We believe that pluralism in that work place that accommodates several subcultures.
A Group member disagrees with our decision. She likes option (2), the manager, Frank may hire the fewest Muslim Somali refugee workers and we see that if we do allow them more the problems will come up more and more e.g. strike or something. They may ask more rights more than before. In addition, some of them they might be terrorists such as 9/11 in USA.
But we pointed if Frank does so, he could not get cheap labors and it will imply on the production cost and profit. They were jobless and we should have sympathy on Somalia refugees. Option (1), we think this option is the best one for Frank and Muslim workers. Here, he should negotiate with the Somali's spokesperson, Halima Adan to reschedule the breaks or reduce their wages each minute for the sunset ritual. Before Frank discusses this issue, he should learn their religious faith in Muslim. After that, he can build the good relationship and has broad-minded in diversity. It can be showed to respect the freedom of religion. The Muslim workers will be happy in their work place and satisfied for Frank's best understanding.
