1. Whom should Stephen Connor hire? Why?
In Recruitment of a Star, there are four possibilities for hiring not taking into account the promotion of Rina Shea, the former star semiconductor analyst Peter Thompson junior analyst. The four possibilities are Gerald Baum, David Hughes, Sonia Meetha and Seth Horkum. Each candidate has his or her own specific strengths and weakness but may or may not be suited for the job of lead semiconductor analyst.
First lets discuss what Stephen Connor wants as qualities for the candidates.
