It is a true pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for XX, who was an intern at XX. XX is, without question is one of the most outstanding colleagues that I have work with at XX. On our company, XX is a careful and creative thinker with an eye for details and a devotion to logic, which serves him well when we are adapting to different situations that encompass the XX. XX has the terrific ability to draw on his own experience and observations to develop a professional as well as thoughtful opinions on a variety of issues. XX knew he wanted to become part of XX when he became an intern, but did not but this did not diminish his intellectual curiosity to learn everything he could.
XX is not only an excellent intern, but he is also personally delightful. He is as comfortable with himself as he is engaging, pleasant, and humorous. As I got to know XX over his time with the XX program, I became more impressed by the wide range of his abilities-and by his modesty about them. He work professionally and warm with patients, he picks up tasks easily, and he makes the staff smile.
XX breaks the "intern" stereotype with his focus: He was self motivated in wanting the company to run more efficiently. And what was perhaps even more impressive was that he took the task of improving and troubleshooting efficacy as or more seriously than any of the other interns in XX.
I wholeheartedly recommend xx as a prospective XX student. He will add a great deal to any incoming XX school class. I can also envision John as a highly competent and caring dentist someday. If there are any questions I can answer, please feel free to contact me.
