Success Story

   Fresh graduates face many challenges while trying to enter into the workforce. This issue has been a major concern for fresh graduates in the developing and developed countries where a huge percentage is not finding available job vacancies.

This resulted in two major problems that were reoccurring in the job market. The first, is the hesitance that a fresh graduate might feel when embarking into the new territory of finding a career.

The lack of experience and the belief of being incapable to meet certain requirements demanded by companies, causes the graduate to hold back for some time, which would eventually result in a higher chance of remaining unemployed.

However, few have the courage to gamble their way through life and use all the frustration as a motivational tool to face hesitation and fear.

The second, is a problem of supply and demand. The job market is currently saturated, making it more difficult for graduates to get full time jobs within their field of specialization.

   ProLegant is the most professional training consultancy center for fresh graduates. We prepare fresh graduates for a brighter future by developing their elegant professional attire, behavior, and self-confidence.

ProLegant helps students in the employment process by increasing their awareness and making them more fit to compete in the business market. We develop fresh graduates’ interview skills by enhancing their CV development, increasing self-confidence, and improving their business communication skills.

Perhaps there is no better example about ProLegant’s success to date than the story of Mikel Mechaalani. When Mikel first approached us, it was clear that we had our job cut out for us in helping him to achieve his urgent need to find a job to support his aging parents with a growing list of medical problems.

In fact, several of our staff members were worried that Mikel might have never even had the courage to approach us if it weren’t for his dire financial state.

The first meeting was awkward when Mikel approached our offices and stood waiting outside without actually going in. One of our staff members had to talk to him outside in order to get him to come inside and all through-out the encounter Mikel was clearly very nervous and hesitant.

 He’d have trouble looking people in the eyes while talking, and his speech was stuttery and unconfident to the point of giving the impression to people that Mikel himself was not sure he was worth talking to.

His social anxiety seemed to affect not just his communication skills but it also had affected other aspects of his life. His wardrobe being another prominent example as it was almost perfectly designed to blend in with the environment and avoid as much attention as possible. It was clear that we had a challenge on our hands.

As we learned more about Mikel, we knew that he felt very pessimistic about his chances to find a career as a computer programmer. He was afraid of the competition and felt that he wasn’t competitive enough to make it in the job market, he seemed convinced that no matter how well he did, that there would be someone who could come along and do better.
