It seems hard to get problems in small communities solved. Now a day there is not a lot of money that is readily available. Also with the economy the way it is headed most people are not in the gift of giving mood. Most small communities also don't have the resources such as larger cities have. So what do we do to get help in small communities that have no doctor nor pharmacy?
There are a few options that are available if the proper research is done. First off you would want to meet with the city council. Talk with them and see what options they would have or even for any advice. Also you would want to start a petition and bring everyone in the community aware of the problem at hand. Talk with everyone you can and see what they think could solve the problem and try to get them to sign the petition. Even get as many people as possible to meet with the city council and show that many people agree that there needs to be a doctor office at least.
With the lack of medicinal facilities you have to go out of your way to see a doctor. If there is an emergency or not enough gas to drive a ways to see a doctor most people are left to find any remedy they can. Sometimes this can end fatally. There needs to be options available to communities on receiving local health care. Most people can't afford to drive 30 miles to see a doctor. This is an issue that needs to be addressed by all the residents and options made available.
