My primary focus is in the realm of human resources; I'm interested in learning and sharing in the areas of change management and organization development. Over the course of my more that quarter century career I have lived in worked in multi-cultuaral and international environments; I have supported or workd for companies in scope from start-up to multi-national. I have also worked in operating management roles and lived and worked internationally. I have provided services to companies both in person and virtually. I have also traveled abroad to consult with clients on matters ranging from reorganization to acquisition intergration. My full time roles have been with Motorola, Baker Hughes and CalAmp corporations. My consulting work has been with companies such as TSG International, Taiwan Semeiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, Advanatage Sales and Marketing, UTC and others of some note. Currently I have decided to decline further consulting referrals and seek a more dedicated role with an organiziation that might value my diverse background, my intellectual curiosity and my talents in developing human capital. I currently reside in southern California but , after having resided in such diverse communities as Tokyo and Tulsa, i am willing to relocate for right opportunity. I am hopeful of joining that ideal team within the next three months and ask that anyone who might have insight or contacts kindly share my contact information. I am capable in both management and human resources environments but prefer human resosuces leadership roles. I have a passion for my chosen field and welcome discussing my babckground as needed.
