Pricing strategy we are using in our healthcare services is Penetration Pricing. Penetration pricing includes setting the price low with the goals of attracting customers and gaining market share.

We want to keep the price low so that customer find it useful and attractive with high quality services. Our prices are listed as follow:

Fee for Service

This requires patients or payers to reimburse the healthcare provider for each service performed. There is no incentive to implement preventative care strategies, prevent hospitalization or to take any other cost-saving measures.

The price will be from Rs.100 to Rs.250. This fee will vary from service to service.

Pay for Performance

In this healthcare providers are only compensated if they meet certain metrics for quality and efficiency. Creating quality benchmark metrics ties physician reimbursement directly to the quality of care they provide.

So here we are giving the services with the best doctors and physicians we have in our hospital, maintaining the high quality of our services. We’ll be charging Rs.300 for performing the service. These prices will be same foe all services we are providing.

Pay for Equipment’s

In healthcare sectors equipment’s plays an important role. These are very expensive equipments, the provider or payers need to pay a certain amount. Equipments can be injections, dentist’s tools etc.

So, we’ll keep the amount as Rs.150 only and not more than that.

Membership Fee

This service will be based on customers choice. If customer wish to visit the hospital and want to avail this membership he/she will need to pay a nominal charge of Rs.150 only.

With these prices, the customer on visit of home healthcare service provider have to pay from Rs.700 to Rs.850.
