Planning My Caree

I mira who is 21 years old and was born on November 25, 1991 in Kuala Lumpur. I was the eldest child of six siblings. I started school at the Sekolah Kebangsaan Convent Sentul (1), Kuala Lumpur from Primary 1 to Primary 6. Then I move to the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Convent Sentul, Kuala Lumpur up to Form 5. Having completed the SPM studies, I enrolled in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara and finished my diploma in Business Information Technology for three years. Having completed studies, I plan to continue my studies to degree level. About family background, my parent has divorced and I with my siblings stayed with my father. My father worked as a Executive Marketing .

I finished my primary school years in SK. Convent Sentul (1) as one of prefects at that school. I am an active student when I was in my primary school. I only involve myself in sports when I was in primary 4. In my secondary school, I started my lower form school at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Convent Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. My leadership was sharpen and strengthen since I selected to be one of committee members in Kadet Remaja Sekolah and organized some of club activities. I do love outdoor activities and an active person as me joined Kawad Kaki Beruniform in Universiti Malaya in 2008 and Dikir Barat competition. These participants have given me an opportunity to learn how to be independent and survive in order to solving problem. I also learnt to develop my non-academic qualities in field communication and interpersonal relationships. Having completed the SPM studies, I enrolled in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara and finished my diploma in Business Information Technology for three years. Having completed studies, I plan to continue my studies to degree level.

Therefore, I would really love to continue my degree study doing Business Information Technology with Accounting in same place. I choose this course because BIT with Account has more subject and activities, thus it makes this course even more challenging. In addition, I am interested in this field as they prefer in IT and account subjects other than taking account subject are advantage for me . Besides that, their college life style is completely different from other colleges. Kolej Poly-Tech Mara does not only stress on education but they strengthen our faith towards God by encourage the students pray together at surau, and other Islamic activities. I'm sure there are no other colleges offer these kinds of life style.

After obtaining a degree with excellent results, I will pursue my career by being a hardworking and dedicated person. I would try looking for a career that suits me and fits with what I learn and to find work experience as well as to increase my knowledge in this field. I will also get a job that more than just a job. By doing this, I also fulfill MARA objective which is to produce more Malay
