I did not receive any recommendations for changes to my phase 4 individual project.
Data gathering can be accomplished by observation, surveys, interviews or even questionnaires. Data gathering is very helpful to any organization to review the quality of the services offered to not only their customers, but also the employees of the organization. Most organizations are required to select various health insurance benefits for their employees and it is common practice to provide a questionnaire/survey to all staff members for their input and requests for their benefit packages. An example of Employee Benefits Survey is as follows:

Leadership should be able to explain and communicate the employee benefit package without difficulty. Employee benefits are known as "extrinsic rewards", which are rewards that are provided by the organization in the form of financial, material, or social rewards. (Compensation Today, 2010) Generally, there is a period of time within each year, called an open enrolment period of which employees can review and make any necessary changes to their benefit package. Shortly before this period arrives is a great time for human resources or leadership teams to develop of survey to be issued to all staff members. By doing so, this allows the leadership teams to verify if any changes are strongly felt as needed or the general consensus may show that all avenues of the benefits are suffice. The above example is a brief explanation and many more topics could be included, such as; additional benefits like educational requests, training opportunities or tuition reimbursement, and the family leave act. Additionally, this is a great time for employees to express any other concerns or questions they may have; keeping in mind that are always welcome to address any question/concern or thought they may have at any time of the year, not just at open
