President Barack Obama spoke to the U.S and said change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

What personal Responsibility means to me is being accountable for your actions and taking control of a situation in life and giving it your all to achieve that goal or to overcome that obstacle. People that are accountable to me are being responsible for their actions and decision. Knowing that they will be able to explain their actions or decision and take full responsibility on the outcome of their actions to someone. That been said the personal responsibility is define as the obligation to carry forward an assigned task to a successful conclusion. With responsibility goes authority to direct and take the necessary action to ensure success. The obligation for the proper custody, care, and safekeeping of property or funds entrusted to the possession or supervision of an individual.
