There are millions of physically disabled persons in the United States. Afflictions of these persons can range anywhere from hearing and visual disabilities, amputated or paralyzed limbs, inability to walk, talk or use fine motor skills, and learning and social disabilities. Unfortunately, the demographic of disabled persons is one that seems to be taken for granted or simply not understood. The mission of Everyday Solutions is to provide services and supplies to the individuals with disabilities, their families, friends, coworkers, and anyone else that would like to better understand, interact with, and support these individuals. We see profit as a by-product of providing great service and products to our consumers in many cities and towns across the United States. It is our belief that if we meet our goal of providing these great services and products at a price that allows the many in need to get the support they need and we make enough profit to simply "break even", we have reached our goal (Nelson & Quick, 2009).
Everyday Solutions will provide services such as training and education not only for the individuals with disabilities, but their families, coworkers, and anyone else that would like a better understanding of how to best deal with the disability. We believe that education, knowledge, and understanding are the most important asset anyone can have when dealing with disabilities. Training and therapy services can also be provided to disabled persons in an individual or group setting. We can also provide counseling services to organizations looking for more effective ways with handling disabilities (Nelson & Quick, 2009).
We can also provide supplies designed to assist with multiple disabilities. These supplies can range from the most basic of parts such as batteries and aesthetic parts to major equipment such as implants, aids, computer assisted hardware and software, and prosthetics designed to enable disabled persons to have a better quality of life and to lessen the impact of their disability (Nelson & Quick, 2009).

This motivation should be honest and powerful as it will need to be strong enough to filter down through the ranks, even to the very bottom of the ladder. One way the CEO can help with motivation is to hold a meeting and tell the team what they want. Do a 360. A brave leader is willing to let their team assess them as leaders. A big motivational factor is to praise in public and criticize in private (Nelson & Quick, 2009).
