The new cardiovascular unit that was recently open is under review to make sure the company is in alignment with the strategic staffing solution. In order for the company to be successful we, must move in the right direction. It has been proposed that skilled technicians needed, can be obtained through four methods. Those being:
1. Place advertisement in the local newspaper
2. Contact staffing agencies that specialize in placing technicians
3. Organize a job fair and invite local professionals to attend

The organizational goals for New Health Medical System cardiovascular unit is assist patients who have had heart attacks, strokes, and other types of cardiovascular disease. Because
