Company profile : Neverlost S.A.
Neverlost S.A is the european leader in providing protection systems for companies and organizations. Thanks to systems we provide, our customers are able to protect from shoplifting.
Otherwise, Neverlost just imagined a new product in order to allow person to localize their personal objects.
Neverlost was founded in 1975 by the current CEO Loup Grenier, an Engeneer who first conceived his own protection electronic system. Quickly, he started to sell his system to company retailing.
NeverLost, headquartered in Toulouse, France, serves companies in more than 110 countries and has got offices in 55 countries. Company's factories are located in China. Neverlost has got 6500 employees worldwide.
Neverlost's revenue was 943 Millions of dollar in 2010 and its profit amounted to 50 Millions of dollars.
At this time, Neverlost is developing a new product named "chip finder". Contrary to its previous targets, Neverlost has decided to sell it to private people. The company introduces a new technology inside the chip. It allows users to locate the product where the chip is stuck. To do this, the chip finder is composed of a tablet where users enter a code corresponding to the chip. Then, a nexus between them is made. The user just needs to stick the chip to the concerned product (key, mobile phone, wallet, remote...) and thanks to the tablet he will be able to find the product within a 1km radius. (We limit the radius to 1 km in order to avoid spying.)The tablet would be composed of different secured logons (with a pin code) in order to personalize it to each member of the family. The company distributes its products in multimedia stores (such as Fnac, Virgin Megastore...) and through the company website.
Our corporate culture is based on innovation that's why we invest a lot of money in research and development. Our engineer team works on a real brainstorming environment, the point is to create emulation and to develop new prototypes. We also focus on design and easy to use products because our customers are looking for a smart and beautiful technology. Employees have to respect hierarchic power but we really fight against red tape, and always assert that everybody can give a good idea. After sale service are develop to give a perfect client satisfaction and develop a strong brand image. Our corporate design is based on uncluttered and slim products. Black, silver and white are class and sober colors that's why they are always including on our products.
