The world changed diversification; more and more thing's operation mode was changed from easy to difficult. It does not mean the properties of things changed difficult; it means the methods or purposes vary merely that to bring convenience for people. The change of transportation; from walking to driving. The evolution of lighting system; from fire to bulb. The shift in resource collection; from human resources to machine collection. Every single detail shows the progress of humanity. For the creation of technology, the technician pays attention to the size and practicality of new products, so they continuously break the limit, and to get the highest peak. Such as infrared spectroscopy, it has helped policemen to cracked lots of criminal case. Radioisotopes, it can help doctor use radioisotopes in cancer treatment. X-Ray, it can help scientists to use x-ray to identify the atomic and molecular structure of crystals. Mass Spectrometry can help scientists to probe the space. Magnetic Resonance Imaging can help doctors to visualize the inside of body structure.
The nanotechnology is a science of study the structure on an atomic, molecular, and it is studying engineering of a functional system in the microscopic. Also, it has a super small units “nanometers”; we can not use our eyes to see it even using a light microscope. Also, it unit usually use to measure some element in which one’s size is less than 100 nanometers (nm). 25 million nanometers equal one inch, and 100,000 nm equal to the thickness of one piece of paper. The width of nanometers is one-tenth of human’s hair. Also, the nanotechnology can use it everywhere. The nanotechnology brings the enormous benefits for human health, environmental protection, and safety of the country.

For energy, nanotechnology can help human to improve the properties of the solar panel. For the safety of the country, nanotechnology can help the military to enhance the development of chemistry; detect of biochemical weapon. Because the strength of nanoparticles was based on carbon, so it used to make a bulletproof vest.
For environmental protection, nanotechnology can help governmental agents to remove pollutants from groundwater and soil. Because the nanoparticles have enormous surface area and weight than another massive particle, so they are more responsive so it can clean the groundwater and ground because the large particles have more react with the chemical material.
For medicine, nanotechnology can help the doctor to prevent infection of a wound, and probe cancer cell in deep part of the human body. Technology researchers from Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute, they full chemotherapy drugs on nanoparticles and put the first link RNA which diameter are 10 nm, and these links were attracted by these cancer cells. When nanoparticles meet cancer cell, it can stick to cancer cells, and release the chemotherapy drugs, it has the highest rotation energy in medicine, and it brings fewer effects for patients of standard cancer treatment. Nanotechnology can use in the treatment of breast cancer; in this method, the nanotubes have first antibody breast cancer, and it can attract cells of breast cancer, and stick on there. When more and more nanotubes precipitate on a tumor, the infrared light from outside can absorb heat and since cancer. It can help doctors with a diagnostic condition. Technology researchers of Harvard University have developed a sensor, and it was embedded in the gel which made by carbon nanotubes. It is installed under the skin to monitor the level of nitric oxide in the blood because the content of nitric oxide in the blood is essential because the content of nitric oxide can reflect inflammation; it can help doctor easily to detect inflammation.
For technology, nanotechnology can add in manufacture clothes to help to improve the properties of conventional materials, such as combine nanotechnology in clothes to produce waterproof clothing and anti-pollution service, it can form a layer of water droplets.
For negative, using harmful particles to drug delivery will cause lots of questions, small size has benefits of transfer medical, but it still has an adverse affection of the body. For prepared these nanoparticles, they need to use some new and durable material. So this material will have a chance to cause inflammation and fibrosis, and it will cause disappear of the cell membrane. When nanoparticles transfer of medicine, the chemical reducing agent and reflection will increase the toxicity of cells.
There will still have positive parts in the medicine. Because of the small size and huge surface area of nanoparticles. It becomes a prevalent part of medicine. The small size of nanoparticles improve them accuracy of cell absorb the drug, and it increases the efficiency of the distribution of cell. The large surface of nanoparticles can easily combine medicine, and control the particles join a high level medial or another compound. Another benefit of nanotechnology is stability when the nanoparticles transfer of drug for a long time; it can not happen degradation before they arrival cells. Compare with standard treatment method, it can increase the area of treatment, and avoid surgery of the whole body. Using drug delivery to replace subcutaneous injection. Also, it can inhibit the spread of the cancer cell, and make them died.
I think this technology is adequate for its intended purpose. But I believe I some parts can be improved and made better, and to be better. This technology can promote themselves to be better, just like to use safety raw materials to produce nanoparticles or nanotubes, and it can decrease the risks of cell’s change toxicity, and avoid probability to get inflammation. Also, they need to do more experiments and make sure it can be safe in the human body. For assign nanoparticles, scientists need to control them at official positions of nanoparticles, and it can save the time and save them medical during treatment. For install, the monitor under the skin; the scientists need to make sure the accurate data reflection of patients to avoid mistakes.
In conclusion, the technology of nanotechnology, I think the benefit is overweight than negative, because it has lots of benefits of technology, environmental protection, energy, and medicine, especially in medical. The nanotechnology brings lots of benefits for patients, and it increases the chance for patients be health, and it reduces the risks of treatment of cancer, even they have some negative parts of drug delivery, but it still brings lots of convenient and benefits of medicine.
