Yes, Father Daniel Mary has established a future direction for the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming. He has a very specific goal in mind and direction to try and achieve this goal. A Father Daniel Mary vision for the monastery is purchasing an $8.9 million dollar ranch and to create a new Mount Carmel within the Rocky Mountains. His vision is to extend his monastery from 13 monks to accommodations that could hold 30 monks, Gothic church, convent for Carmelite nuns, and a retreat center for lay visitors. Father Daniel Mary envisioned that Mystic Monk Coffee could finance their future plans for developing the new monastery and to purchase the Irma Lake Ranch. Their mission is to be able to pray while selling coffee.

The roaster has a higher capacity that would permit over a six hour period for the roaster to be able to produce 780 pounds of person coffee beans in their allotted six hour period of time. The larger roaster would enable a greater production capability and enhance performance.
Father Daniel Mary also has recently expanded Mystic Monk Coffee's business to include wholesale sales to churches and local coffee shops. He hopes to expand the demand for his product into different areas and increase sales.
