My name is youmna SSS , I am 28 years old . I work in a local bank and in a branch which is considered one of the best branches in our country. We are around 20 employees in the branch , my position is a credit relationship officer . I am responsible of all the credit and corporate files . The job is divided into 2 parts : marketing and credit analysis. At the marketing level , we have a target and we have to search and bring new clients from the market , at the other party we have to analyse the client file and then send the file to the credit committee in the head office. I have been in this job for 2 years , and I am very happy and motivated because I love to interact with people . In addition to this , my relationship at work is directly related to the branch manager, I report to the manager. In addition , I am doing my masters at a local university , I am specializing in management and marketing , I still have 2 years . The courses I have already taken are : finance , micro and macro economics , accounting , entrepreneurship , organizational behavior , intercultural management an human resource management . I think this major is very important and interesting because it will help me to understand how to manage the work , how to deal with employer , employees , customers , how to listen to others in addition to all the marketing tools that will help me improve my work and succeed in the work place.
