All my life I have always wanted a cat. I sow commercials about cats. When I went to my friend's house, she would have a cat, and she would play with it. I would think what I would do with it if only I had one, too.
Then, one day my mom and dad went to the pet shop with my sister. I was home alone. A few hours later I hear the door open. IT WAS A KITTY!. I screamed and yelled with happiness.
The cat was brown, white, and black. It was a little kitten. Then, I picked her up and named her Missy. Oh how beautiful she was!. Every time I got home, Missy would be sitting waiting for me. I would pick her up and walk with her.
Then , one day when I got home, I noticed something was wrong. I realized that my cat was not there waiting for me. I ran to my room. She was in the middle of my room laying there. My mom came into my room. She said "Missy is sleeping".
I was so happy to hear that. I played with her when she woke up. I was so happy to have a cat.
The next morning, I woke up and went to school. When I got home, my cat wasn't there again . I ran into my room. NO SIGN OF HER ANYWERE. I ran to my room, and every were!. No sign of her. I asked my mom where she was, and my mom said that she took her back to the store. She said I was allergic to cats. Now I don't have her anymore. I loved her so much.
This was a big disappointment to me. I could have been mad at my mom, but I was to sad to talk and tell her to let me say bye to my cat. Later I realized that my mother did what was right. I still am pretty sad, but I know I could have gotten very sick if she hadn't taken the cat back.
