You are right Megan organizations need to implement plans and policies and adhere to them, the problem is they have those policies and plans in place but don't adhere to them. Of course you can't make everybody happy but if everyone feels that the organization, management is treating them fair then he or she will feel apart of the organization and when changes take place like evaluations, inputting information system, etc..employees want feel so fearful or resentful when it comes up.
