When we come to negotiate, there are many different ways to building our negotiation. This paper is considered as a debate between two parties in various companies.
The conflict and misunderstanding starts between pizza boy (delivery driver) from Sergio's pizza (is an Italian kitchen ) and customers in Doubletree hotel.
The pizza boy had escalated into a conflict charged with growing mistrust from Doubletree hotel management, and both parties will lose of the end up their partnership.
Sergio's pizza will lose up of $ 10'000 a year, and front desk of the hotel will lose the daily pizza, wings and pasta.
Doubletree hotel had announced that they will stop giving the Sergio's coupons to their customers and they will switch their partnership with other restaurant.
