Gladiators pvt ltd is taking a new step in the breakfast industry by reengineering the way of using butter. We have conducted a thorough survey of the market to identify market needs and trends for our products demand and competitors and came across a positive result which is as follows,

  • We found out that demand in the market for low fat and high calories is increasing day by day. People are willing to pay extra for quality products.

  •  Our research also shed light on thoughts of butter consumers that 60% of people are not satisfied with the process of applying butter on their bread they reported that it is messy and time consuming and would switch to an alternate option if provided. This is where our products new packaging and easy to use and carry container comes in and provides us with a competitive edge of solving our customer’s problem through our product.

  • We also have a limited market as Pakistan does neither import nor product butter stick this gives us an advantage in the market as we do not have any direct competitors. The only competition we face is from butter manufacturing companies that do not offer easy to handle packaging such as,

Nurpur

Blue band

Lurpark

Competitive Analysis:

We understand the fact that in order to run a business we need to identify and understand oyr competitors in the market that are either offering our product or its substitute. In case of oyr product we don’t have any competition with direct relationship towards our finished product but, we have a vast market of butter producing companies in the market that have their brand name. In order to compete against them we acknowledged the fact that we need to run a thorough study on our competitor and identify their strategies and positioning in the market.
