Biosystems engineering is an Australian based engineering company, with a mission to provide clean energy for food, forestry, agriculture, energy & water and mainly focuses on the technological research and development of these sectors. This report has been organised for Biosystmes Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The team of this company is very much knowledgeable and has innovative ideas for research and development in union with its alliance partners, to dynamically grow and commercialize the technology.

The firm has introduced and advanced a innovative product named 'The Bionic Beaver' which is a provider of biomass for the production of energy. The current market development is towards the generation of renewable supplies of energy from the means of biomass, however in the future this kind of generation of energy will face a much more great competiotion.

The main market of Biosystems engineering is in Brazil, British Columbia, Scandinavia and Latin America. In order to promote and raise the product, a very determined advertising plan is required. To meet the planned goal of sales and profit, this marketing plan will help the company is a great way.

Although biosystems has developed many steps, then too it targets to build better objectives and marketing goals with the help of contingency plans and better marketing stratergies. In order to attract new customers and provide exceptional service to existing customers, the company has to concentrate on current market trends and also introduce better marketing options in comparison with those of the competitiors.

Overview

To create technology to make available pure water to drink, abundant food to eat, a healthy and safe environment and clean energy and fuel is the aim of biosystems engineering. Taking into consideration the present growing technological genereation it is necessary for the company to keep its products and ideas up to the mark of the market and consumer needs. This company has a determined desire for clean energy and in order to maintain its presence it has to take into consideration all possible factors which add to its growth.

In the previous assignment it can be clearly seen how the company had to face different economic, social, financial and technological issues, which made the company to test its strengths and weaknesses, on this basis we had done a SWOT and PESTLE evaluation with an environmental scan. Now in order to grow deeper into the market of clean and renewable energy biosystems has its own marketing plan.

In order to achieve the planned marketing plan, there are objectives and goals setup with marketing tactics. Many a times small things are not given much importance which then serve as major problem creators and diminishes the market reputation. Biosystems has also set a contingency plan as a back up for the current marketing plan
